The little witch rubbed her goosebumps. She grabbed her glow-in-the-dark pumpkin. She flew out the door. Being a witch, she could conjure up all kinds of treats. But trick or treating was much more fun. “Trick or treat,” she cackled. Mrs. Wolf smiled. “Hello little witch. I have some goodies.” “Thank you! I have a trick for you.” The little witch waved her magic wand. A puff of purple smoke surrounded them. “Meow, meow.” The black cat purred. Mrs. Wolf gasped. “How did you do that?” “I’m a witch.” She hopped on her broom and flew away.
I'm a nursing professor and writer. I have published 3 nursing books, 2 picture books, a chapter book, 2 middle-grade books, an activity book, and a self-care book. My new middle-grade "Hannah and the Hobgoblins" will be released in January 2021. And "Dale Earnhardt: Destined to Race" what I wrote with my co-author R.S. Murphy will also be released in January. I am thrilled to share that I also have book contracts with Clear Fork Publishers and Pen It Publications. I love the beach and have written many of my books while out on Montauk. I love to read and enjoy painting, cooking, gardening, and hiking.
