I am beyond thrilled to share that I have three new books being released on July 1, 2018. “Essential Oils, Teas, and Self-Care” which I co-authored with my daughter Meaghan and also has contributions by my sons Brian and John and Brian’s girlfriend Jaime.
There are many potential health benefits of essential oils, herbal teas, and self-care practices. This book will provide information about various essential oils, herbal teas, and other self-care practices along with recommendations for use and precautions to follow. It is important to note that this book is informational and is not meant to diagnose or treat any medical conditions. Please consult with your healthcare provider to discuss potential benefits and risks before incorporating any of these self-care measures.
The second book is an activity book entitled “Cars, Kids, and Fun: Activities for All Ages”
How many times have you heard your child ask “Are we there yet?” Long and even short car rides can be boring for kids and adults. The good news is that there are lots of fun activities you can do with your kids to make car trips more enjoyable. This book is filled with fun activities for kids of all ages. With a little preparation and planning short and long car trips can be made fun with sing-alongs, puzzles, guessing games, tic tac toe, and personalized goody bags.
The third book “Let’s Go to the Zoo with Sam and Sue” is the first book in the “Let’s Go” picture book series.
Sam and Sue are going to the zoo today. What do you think they’ll see? Perhaps they’ll see some monkeys swinging on trees, or a great big polar bear, or maybe a cute panda bear. There may even be some lions and tigers. They might even get to go on a pony ride and eat some yummy ice cream. You can join in on the fun when you read “Let’s Go to the Zoo with Sam and Sue”.
